Zencast has a great meditation by Kornfield on opening the heart called Quiet the Mind Open the Heart. Kornfield, the author of A PATH WITH HEART has a meditation center in Northern California called Spirit Rock.

You even have the option to break down the different podcasts according to what you are working on, and they have a meditation timer app for the iphone. Good blog too.
