I heard that as compared to synthetic or artificial vitamins, organic supplements are absorbed by the body way faster. Although I am not sure how you can identify whether an organic vitamin is certified or not. Another thing is that these organic supplements do not have chemicals and other additives that artificial supplements have. I just found out that many of these artificial supplements contain pesticides on them! Well, organic seems to be a better option for everything, right? These days, with the kind of lifestyle that we all have, taking some good multi vitamins is one smart way of prolonging our life and avoiding all these different kinds of illness that can be pretty scary. No wonder why a lot of vitamin brands are sprouting every now and then. In fact, we now have the option whether to take the organic type or the usual synthetic ones. But since experts say that organic vitamins are found to have more nutrients and less toxins, the better option is pretty obvious. Although of course, price is another factor to take into consideration. I believe organic supplements are more expensive than artificial supplements.
