Infrared Sauna

Sam – you’re going to love this! I came across the infrared sauna a few years ago when I was doing a cleanse; it was recommended to me as a way to further detox my system. Since then I’ve been going regularly to the Tao Healing Arts Center in Santa Monica to use their set-up.
What’s great about an infrared sauna is that unlike traditional saunas which heat the body indirectly via air or steam, infrared saunas use infrared heaters to emit infrared radiant heat which is absorbed directly into the human body. As a result, the system targets toxins located deeper in the body’s tissue. A deeper detox = better health. (Some say that using the system is an integral part of curing cancer).
